In mindfulness-based individual coaching, I teach you how you can experience more focus and peace, increase your freedom of choice and get clarity about those choices. You learn to deal with stress better and improve your work - life balance. Your connection with yourself and therefore with others can deepen, and your sense of fulfillment and happiness will increase.
